Alteration

For all domestic orders, we can even alter the outfits in case you desire to give you the best fit. Such request can be made within 15 days from the date order is delivered to you. In this case, we have 2 options for you.

1. We can arrange for reverse pick up of the product. For the same you will have to pay Rupees 300, the option to pay is there in the Alteration tab in your Account.
2. Alternatively, you can send the outfit at our production unit at your own expense at below mentioned address via reputed courier channels and share the tracking receipt with us. In this this you will have to pay Rupees 150, the option to pay will be there in the Alteration tab in your Account.

Upon receipt of the product, we shall alter the outfit as per your instructions. The alteration process may take 3-10 working days to dispatch & deliver to your doorstep from the date of receipt of product at our unit.

PLEASE NOTE: we shall not be responsible for loss of product in transit by the courier company and shall neither refund the amount nor send the new requested size.
