Cancellation Policy

• All COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by selecting ‘Cancel’ order tab in My Orders section in your Account.
• All Prepaid orders can also be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the amount paid will not be refunded and will be given in the form of store credit, which you can use for placing new order. The coupon code will be intimated to you on your registered email id and on whatsapp. The credit voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The credit voucher can be used only once in full amount and cannot be used in parts.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to numerous reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related issues or fraudulent practices, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by us, we shall refund the complete amount of the order to customer’s registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall always remain final and binding.
