TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our team gives their cent per cent in hand crafting the attire and every piece goes through multiple rounds of quality checks with regard to fabric and measurements.

  • It is advisable to carefully check the SIZE CHART which is evidently mentioned in each SKU’s details before placing the order. The size chart specifies Body Measurements, hence please choose your sizes accordingly. All garments have 1- 2 inches margin on each side.
  • Although, we always strive to show actual colors of our products but due to different screen resolutions and different brightness settings in your device, there might be slight color variations in the actual product that you receive from the picture that you see on our portal, but majorly the color will be same as shown on our website. Therefore, we will not accept returns/exchange requests on the pretext of color variation.
  • Also, every silhouette is personally hand-picked by our co-founder Deepika  keeping in view the ensemble’s design as she firmly believes that the fabric is the JAAN & SHAAN of any ensemble and thus has not made any compromises in selecting the best silhouettes for her designs.  The fabrics used in crafting every attire has been clearly mentioned in the SKU’s description for your reference. Therefore, no return/exchange will be entertained on the pretext of fabric quality.
  • As per our Company’s policy and subject to following Terms & Conditions, we accept only Exchange requests of our products and shall not, in any case, whatsoever, Refund the amount you have paid. 
  • For all Domestic orders, we accept Size exchange requests, Size exchange request has to be made within 48 hours from the date order is delivered to you. To raise a request, you can either contact/whatsapp us +91 9958450390 or drop an  e-mail at customercare@pearlsandpastels.com
  • For all International Orders, we do not accept any Return/Exchange/Cancellation/Refund requests.
  • For all Customized outfits, i.e. when we customize the outfits based on the measurements given by you, then we shall not accept any Return/Exchange/Cancellation/Refund requests. Therefore, it is advisable to give proper measurements i.e. precise BODY measurement and we will stitch the outfit accordingly to give you a perfect fit.
  • For products sold during Sale time, we shall not accept any Return/Exchange/Cancellation/Refund requests. Therefore, it is advisable to consciously choose your outfit & its size before placing the order.

 PROCESS OF EXCHANGE:

  • Please Contact/whatsapp us at +91 9958450390 or drop a mail at customercare@pearlsandpastels.com mentioning your order ID and which size you want in exchange.
  • On receipt of your request, our executive shall guide you for further process.
  • If you want us to arrange for reverse pick up, then an amount equivalent to Rupees 300 will have to be paid by you, our executive shall share the payment link on your registered email id and on whatsapp.
  • Alternatively, you can send the product to our production unit at below mentioned address at your own expense which shall not be reimbursed by our company. Please send the product via reputed courier channels and once couriered, please share the tracking receipt with us on mail.

PLEASE NOTE: we shall not be responsible for loss of product in transit by the courier company and shall neither refund the amount nor send the new requested size.

  • Please make sure that the product is unworn, unwashed, unused, all its tags & labels are intact and it is in the same condition as you have received it.
  • Upon receipt of the product at our unit, the product shall pass through various checks in our Quality Inspection Department to ensure the product is unused and in proper condition.
  • If the product clears all the quality checks, then our team shall dispatch the new size you have requested for.
  • This process can take 7-15 working days from the date of receipt of product at our unit to dispatch & deliver the new size to your doorstep.

PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges for size will only be done only once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

In case, the product that you receive is damaged/defective, then it is pertinent to record PARCEL OPENING VIDEO and take closer images of the defective/damaged part and email to us at customercare@pearlsandpastels.com and whatsapp us at +91 9958450390, within 24 hours from the date product is delivered to you. Our team will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged/defective article product and dispatch the new product in replacement of it. This process can take 3-15 working days to dispatch & deliver the product from the date of receipt of product at our unit.
