Exchange Policy – Pearls & Pastels
At Pearls & Pastels, each outfit is handcrafted with precision and goes through multiple quality checks for fabric and measurements. We encourage you to refer to the Size Chart provided on each product page before placing your order. The size chart reflects body measurements, and all garments come with a 1–2 inch margin on each side for adjustments.
Important Terms for Exchange

Only exchange requests are accepted—we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (for domestic orders only).

Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

No exchange or return will be accepted for:

Color variations due to display differences

Fabric quality concerns (clearly mentioned in product description)

How to Request an Exchange

Exchange Process

Reverse Pickup Options:

We can arrange a pickup. A shipping charge of ₹300 will apply. A payment link will be sent to you.

Alternatively, you may ship the product yourself (at your expense) to the following address:

Send the product via a reputed courier and share the tracking details with us.
⚠️ We are not responsible for lost items during transit and will not resend or refund for the same.
Quality Check & Dispatch

Once received, the product undergoes a quality inspection.

If it passes, we will ship the new size.

The entire process takes 7–15 working days from the date we receive the original item.
Note: Only one exchange per order is allowed. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Record a parcel opening video and take clear pictures of the issue.

Email the video/images to customercare@pearlsandpastels.com and WhatsApp at +91 9958450390 within 24 hours of delivery.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a pickup and send a replacement. This may take 3–15 working days from the day we receive the damaged item.
